Refund Policy

Paid plans of Reporta are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This page explains when and how you get your money back.

14-day refund

You can get a full refund of any payment within 14 days of the charge, including renewals. No reason is needed.

How to request it

Open paddle.net, find the order by the email you paid with, and request a refund there. Or message t.me/igortomko on Telegram and we will ask Paddle to refund it. The money returns to the original payment method; banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals. After 14 days a payment is not refunded, but the plan keeps working until the end of the paid period.
